Crossroads Theatre hosts and participates in community-oriented programming throughout the calendar year, including the Weston Village Fall Festival and Winterfest, and Toronto’s Nuit Blanche.
Our local Weston Village BIA hold a thrilling Fall Festival every year! Crossroads Theatre will have programming in our own space this year as part of the festival. Check back at a later date to see what we have planned!
Weston Village Fall Festival
Every winter, the Weston Village BIA throws a winter bash to beat all bashes in the parking lot of Artscape Weston Common. Crossroads Theatre joins in on the festivities by hosting a fun wintery event in our studio space! In 2023, we held a family-friendly storytelling event. Check back at a later date to see what we’ve got planned for 2024!
Weston Village Winterfest
Crossroads Theatre was overjoyed at the incredible turnout to our exhibit for Nuit Blanche 2023. This exhibit, called Undocumented.Stories, was in partnership with Access Alliance, and featured over 100 handwritten stories from members of our community living with precarious immigration status. The exhibit also included video interviews and audio recordings.
We can’t wait to participate in Nuit Blanche again in 2024. Check back later to see what the next exhibit will be!
